Terms

Generals

1. *We can only process order which have made the first payment to us.

2. No changes to the order is allowed once you have made your payment. Do check your items before submitting your orders.

3. By engaging our service, you agreed to the terms and conditions outline on this page and the merchants you are buying from online.

4. Taobaoconnect.com will ensure the right items are ordered and delivered. In the event, a mistake is made, we will  absorb the cost involved and compensate base on case by case.

5. We are able to provide exchange services for you if the item is found to be defective. All additional charges will be paid by buyer in the event of buyer remorse. For defective item, our agent will negotiate with the seller on replacement issue.)

6. We will not be held responsible for any item lost during the shipping if you opt for unregistered shipping.

7. Any item not processed after 6 weeks or second payment not made, will be at our disposal.

8. Do not place any order if you do not agree with our terms and conditions (including all fees) or unsure of what to do.

9. We cannot ship any item that is branded out of China due to the country law and regulations.

Fees

1. Domestic Freight: Multiple goods with the same seller would be charged by weight.

2. Service Fee: 50 RMB for any total item cost below 500 RMB + [local domestic shipping fee], 10% X (product cost + domestic fee) for item above 500 RMB.

* 10% service fee still apply to NON-MEMBERS?

3. Fees for different payment gateway:

PAYPAL : 4%
Local Fund Transfer (Singapore): FREE
VISA/MASTER/AMEX : 2% to 5%

4. Insurance Fee (optional)

Your total fee × 5.00%

It’s your choice to decided whether to an item insurance.  If there is any damage or item lost during shipping, with insurance, the buyer would be 100% compensated. We encourage you buy insurance for expensive or big volume item. Due to the custom of each country is different, we are not responsible for the your item if confiscated or withheld by your local authority.

Delivery Time

1. Your goods would normally take 3-5 working days to arrived depending if there it is a peak season like Christmas.
2. Date of delivery is  3-7 working days after the invoice issued.
3. International shipping time for EMS is 5-7 working day,  Air parcel & Air Package would take 8-12 working days.

Service

1. Our minimum service fee is 50 RMB. There is no minimum order requirement.
2. We recommend you shop from the 5 largest online shopping websites. If there is any item you want us to get for you, please contact our custom service support.
3. We cannot accept orders like flammable?explosive?poisonous?corrosive goods either. orders of contraband goods (such as arms?drugs) and other illegal goods.
4. We do not provide service for any organization or any illegal activities such as credit card stealing?money-laundering and gambling.

Custom Clearing

1. We are responsible for the clearing of your goods with China custom.

2. We are not held responsible if there are special requirement of tariff or goods confiscated by destination custom.

Product Issues

1. Lost item: If your item is insured, we will pay all the related compensation. We are not responsible for goods’ lost without insurance.

2. Damage during transportation : If item is insured, we will pay the related compensation according to the damage verified by the photographs taken by the customer.

3. Wrong item delivered.  This would differ on a case by case basis. An investigation will be conducted to determine the party at fault.  If it is our mistake, we will compensation your item cost.

4. Item count.  We will assist you to check the quantity of your item to be received. Visual inspection is conduct but we would not be held responsible for the quality of your products.
