Order
The process is simple and straightforward:
1. Select your desired product from any China auction site.
2. Place an order with us by using the excel form provided and email to us directly. (please use only the email indicated in the excel spreadsheet)
3. The best price which we can get will be quoted to you if the seller you’re going to buy from currently do not have stock.
4. Once, you’re happy with the price, made the 1st payment to us using REMITTANCE, Local fund transfer, PAYPAL or credit card.
5. Our buying agent will purchase your product/s on your behalf from the seller; usually take 2 to 4 working days.
6. Once we receive your products, visual checked your products (OPTIONAL – chargeable fee) and finalized the weigh; you will receive another email invoice informing you about the price of shipping.
7. Do make your 2nd payment to us and once we receive your payment, your item will be shipped promptly.
8. In 5 to 10 working days, you will receive your products.
