Answer: We charges a flat 10% of the total product price you bought plus the domestic shipping charges. Refer to Shipping for more detail.
Question 2: What mode of payments do you accept?
Answer: We prefer to receive PayPal payment method which also accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. For Singapore customer, a local bank transfer would help you to save cost.
Question 3: what currency should I pay you?
Answer: We accept any currency that is supported by PayPal, and the default currency is U.S dollar.

Answer: We use EMS, UPS/DHL and our partner shipping company (lowest in cost) and it’s totally up to your preferred mode of shipper.

Answer: It would have to depend on which courty you are sending your package. In generally, it take about 1 to 2 weeks. Differ from country to country. You can check with our customer support.
Question 6: Can you take pictures of my products so that I know what it looks like before having the package shipped to me?
Answer: Yes. Our buying agent could help you take digital pictures of each item and email to you before shipping. There would be and an additional cost of 2 RMB per image for this service.

Answer: You can purchase additional insurance for as low as $2 per $50 RMB worth of product value. Do contact our customer support before you complete your order.

Answer: Yes. In most case the domestic shipping fee could combined, and you will need pay the domestic shipping fee for multi-items.

Answer: We calculate the service fee by the goods weight, there is no minimum orders you need to order.
Question 10: What happened when the package was broken during shipping?
Answer: If the item is broken when you receive it, do not sign the package.
